The Intentional Planning Engagement is a customized, multi-phase partnership that typically begins with a whole-team planning experience and is supported through follow-up coaching, reflection, and implementation support. Together, we help teams clarify priorities, align initiatives to shared values, and build planning systems that support both people and the mission over time.

This engagement centers on helping teams:

  • gain a clear picture of how time, energy, and attention are currently being used—and where misalignment exists

  • reconnect to shared values and priorities

  • design planning systems that support both people and the mission
