individual Coaching
1:1 coaching with Recentered is a high-touch, personalized partnership designed for individuals who are ready to reflect, realign, and make meaningful change — without burning out or doing more than is sustainable.
Through ongoing coaching conversations, you’ll gain clarity around what matters most, build practical systems that support your goals, and move forward with greater confidence and balance—both personally and professionally.
Sessions are collaborative, reflective, and action-oriented, grounded in the Planning with Intention framework and tailored to your unique context.
-
You might choose 1:1 coaching if you are:
feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or stuck in reactive patterns
navigating a role transition, leadership challenge, or career shift
managing the mental load of caregiving while trying to make space for yourself
wanting systems that flex with changing schedules, energy, and family needs
seeking stronger systems for planning, boundaries, and time use
working through interpersonal or team dynamics
wanting support aligning your work with your values and priorities
looking for a thoughtful partner as you design a more sustainable way forward
Many clients come from education, nonprofits, or mission-driven organizations— or are parents/caregivers juggling a huge mental load.

60-minute coaching sessions held via Zoom
Sessions typically take place every 2–4 weeks, based on your needs and goals
Coaching packages are offered in multi-session bundles to support meaningful progress
After purchasing a 1:1 coaching package, you’ll be invited to schedule your first session—often called a Foundations or Discovery Session—where we’ll explore:
your current challenges and strengths
what you’re hoping to change or create
what support would be most helpful right now
Each subsequent session builds on that foundation, offering space for reflection, strategy, accountability, and forward momentum.
-
Getting started begins with a conversation.
We’ll start with a 30-45 minute inquiry call (on Zoom) to talk through what’s feeling heavy, what you’re hoping to shift, and whether 1:1 coaching is the right fit for this season of your life.
If we decide to move forward, I’ll share next steps and options for continuing our work together. There’s no pressure to commit on the call — just space to reflect, ask questions, and explore what support might look like.
