When life feels full, it’s not always because you’re doing too much — it’s often because everything feels scattered.
Life Rhythms is one of the foundational tools inside the Planning with Intention approach— created from years of working with people who are capable, committed, and carrying a lot.
Between work responsibilities, home life, and personal commitments, many of us carry recurring tasks and routines in our heads without ever stepping back to notice the patterns. Over time, that mental load adds up.
a different way to plan
Life Rhythms is a simple planning tool designed to help you pause, reflect, and create steadier structure — in a way that works with your life, not against it. Enter your email below and you’ll receive instant access to a downloadable PDF.
You’ll also receive occasional tools and reflections to support intentional planning, balance, and sustainable rhythms.
No overwhelm — just thoughtful support.
how to use this page
Instead of reacting week to week, Life Rhythms invites you to zoom out and look at your life more holistically.
Using this page as a monthly (or seasonal) reset, you will:
identify recurring tasks and responsibilities
notice patterns across work, home, and personal life
reduce decision fatigue by naming what repeats
intentionally assign routines a consistent place in your calendar
create rhythms that support your energy, priorities, and values
This is not about adding more to your schedule — it’s about making what’s already there feel more manageable.
Life Rhythms works best when used periodically — at the start of a month, during a transition, or whenever life feels especially busy.
Take a few quiet minutes to:
Name task categories that repeat in your life (e.g., self care, email responses, meeting prep, paperwork, home chores, errands)
List the tasks that fall within each category
Notice how often they occur (daily, weekly, monthly, or seasonally)
Reflect upon the best time to complete this work (in short bursts, uninterrupted, etc.)
Choose a consistent place for each rhythm in your calendar.
Over time, this reflection helps transform patterns into plans — and plans into steadier routines.
Hi! I’m Dr. Paula Apostolou—board certified coach and founder of Recentered Coaching and Consulting. I started Recentered because I know what it feels like to be spinning all the plates—teaching, parenting, leading, supporting everyone else—and still wondering if you’re doing enough.
I’ve been there: staring at an endless to-do list, trying to keep it all together, and feeling like I was losing parts of myself in the process. That’s when I realized... managing tasks isn’t the real goal. Feeling anchored in your life is.
That’s what this space is about. I’m here to support your growth with tools, coaching, and compassion so you can stop “just surviving” and start feeling steady, clear, and fulfilled in your days.
