SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS

Intentional Planning for Clarity, Balance, and Sustainable Change

Recentered Coaching & Consulting supports individuals who want to step back, reflect, and make intentional changes in how they plan, work, and live.

This work is especially supportive for:

  • educators and school leaders

  • parents and caregivers

  • professionals navigating full, demanding lives

If you’re feeling stretched, overwhelmed, or ready for more alignment, intentional planning creates space to move forward with clarity and confidence.

A Grounded, Human Approach

Many individuals I work with are capable, committed, and deeply invested in the people and work they care about. What’s often missing is not motivation or skill — it’s space—space to pause, reflect, and make thoughtful choices about how time, energy, and attention are being used.

Intentional Planning is:

  • understanding how your time and energy are currently being used

  • reconnecting with your values and priorities

  • designing simple, realistic systems that support your life as it actually is

  • practicing boundaries that protect what matters most

Intentional planning is not about rigid schedules or doing more. The goal is not perfection — it’s alignment.

WAYS TO ENGAGE

INDIVIDUAL COACHING

Personalized coaching offers dedicated space to think things through, gain perspective, and make intentional shifts.

Coaching often focuses on:

  • clarifying values and priorities

  • navigating competing demands

  • strengthening boundaries

  • creating planning systems that feel supportive rather than overwhelming

Coaching is offered as a short series and is always tailored to your current season.

PLANNING WITH INTENTION WORKBOOK

Planning with Intention is a practical framework designed to help you align what matters most with how you spend your time. Available as both a printed and digital workbook, it includes guided reflections and planning tools to help you create sustainable habits and intentional routines.

The workbook is available in:

  • Print format for those who think best on paper

  • Digital pages for those who prefer a flexible, digital approach

Both versions are rooted in the same intentional planning framework and can be used on their own or alongside coaching.

where to start

If you’re not sure which option is right for you, that’s okay.

Some individuals begin with the planner and later add coaching for deeper support. Others start with coaching to gain clarity and then use the planner to sustain the work.

There’s no one “right” entry point — just the one that fits your needs right now.

Let’s Start with a Conversation

If you’re curious about coaching or wondering whether this work is a good fit, the first step is simply a conversation.

You don’t need to have everything figured out — that’s part of the process.
