A four-week intentional planning cohort designed to help overwhelmed professionals and parents create simple systems for managing their time.

If you’ve been feeling pulled in too many directions — constantly reacting to what’s urgent and unsure how to make space for what truly matters — you’re not alone. This small, supportive circle is designed to help you pause, reflect, and build a simple planning system that works in real life.

4 weeks | 60 minutes each week | Spring cohort begins April 16

This small group experience gives you the space and structure to reflect on what matters most and practice simple planning strategies in real life.

Each session includes:

  • Connection & Reflection
    We begin by checking in and reflecting on the previous week.

  • A Key Concept from the Planning with Intention Framework
    You’ll learn one practical idea to help you think differently about time, priorities, and planning.

  • Application
    You’ll work through a short exercise that helps you apply the concept to your real schedule.

  • A Simple Practice for the Week Ahead
    Each week you’ll leave with one small change to experiment with before the next session.

This rhythm helps the system become something you actually use — not just something you learn.

Participants receive:

• Four live online small-group sessions
• The Planning with Intention workbook
• Weekly reflection and planning exercises
• A supportive circle to help you implement the system

Live participation is encouraged to support group reflection.
If you need to miss a session, the teaching portion will be recorded so you can stay on track.
