Each session includes:
Connection & Reflection
We begin by checking in and reflecting on the previous week.A Key Concept from the Planning with Intention Framework
You’ll learn one practical idea to help you think differently about time, priorities, and planning.Application
You’ll work through a short exercise that helps you apply the concept to your real schedule.A Simple Practice for the Week Ahead
Each week you’ll leave with one small change to experiment with before the next session.

• The Planning with Intention workbook
• Weekly reflection and planning exercises
• A supportive circle to help you implement the system
Live participation is encouraged to support group reflection.
If you need to miss a session, the teaching portion will be recorded so you can stay on track.
